Refund policy

Here's our 30 day Returns Policy: 

All items sold must be returned to us in exactly the same condition it was sold in, for example: if we sold you a sealed device, it must be returned still sealed. 
If the item was returned in an opened / used / different condition to how it was sent, then the refund amount will reflect this.

We recommend all customers post any returns to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is the safest and quickest returns method possible, providing an insured and signed for next day delivery service.  

N.B Tech accept no responsibility for any return parcel that is lost in the post and for whatever reason doesn't arrive back with us.
