Grading Criteria

Our grading categories are as follows: 

NEW SEALED – box is completely sealed with all seals intact, not damaged, never opened.

NEW BOX OPEN – item is brand new never used, box has been opened for inspection / photo purposes.

Grade A – Device will be in an excellent condition cosmetically and will have a battery health of 85% or over.

Grade B – Good condition, with minor scratches here and there but still perfect working order, device will have 80% or over battery health

Grade C – Poor condition, device will have heavy damage such as scuffs and battery health less than 80%

Please note - we do not buy or sell devices with non-original parts, due to non-original parts being problematic and unreliable.
